By downloading, accessing, or using the SunCare app (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

You must be at least 12 years old to use SunCare. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
3. App Services
SunCare provides:
- Smart sunscreen reminders based on time and UV exposure
- Real-time UV index tracking
- Personalized skincare tips and wellness notifications
We may update, modify, or remove features at any time.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any illegal, deceptive, or harmful activity
- Interfere with or disrupt the functionality of the App
- Copy, reverse engineer, decompile, or redistribute any part of the App without written permission
You are responsible for the accuracy of your input and for maintaining the security of your device and internet access.
5. Personalized Content
SunCare uses personal input (such as your skin type, location, and preferences) to provide custom content. While our recommendations are based on dermatological guidelines, they do not constitute medical advice.
Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for any medical concerns.
6. Privacy
We care about your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data. The Privacy Policy is an integral part of these Terms.
7. Subscription & Payments
SunCare offers both free and premium plans. If you choose a premium plan:
- Payments will be charged to your app store account
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing cycle
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your app store account settings
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
SunCare is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of UV index data or reminders
- Prevention of sunburn, sun damage, or any dermatological condition
Your use of the App is at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SunCare and its team are not liable for:
- Any injury, loss, or damage resulting from sun exposure
- Inaccuracies or delays in notifications or data
- Unauthorized access to or misuse of your information
10. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.
